Vision Retains Prestigious Asset Management Contract
Following the recent well publicised £470m sale of Grosvenor House Hotel in London-Europe’s largest single-asset hotel deal ever, Vision is delighted to be re-appointed by new owners Sahara to continue its asset management role for the hotel.
Vision has been intimately involved with the hotel over the past 10 years dating back to when RBS purchased the asset under a Sale and Leaseback Agreement from Le Meridien (in its Nomura ownership).
RBS faced various challenges created by Le Meridien’s financial restructuring. Vision helped RBS, through each complex situation and was heavily involved in the subsequent letting of Grosvenor House Hotel to Marriott. Additionally, Vision successfully project managed a £100m refurbishment programme through to completion.
Going forward, Vision continues to provide a full asset management service to the new owners who have already indicated their keen interest in further investment for the hotel.
