Vincent Roux
Associate Director- Sales and Marketing
Vincent Roux joined Vision in March 2010 as Associate Director Sales and Marketing. Vincent brings a wealth of knowledge in the nowadays crucial area of Sales and Brand strategy, Distribution and Rooms Revenue.
Hotel performances are impacted by the operator efforts to attract clients whether online, directly or via 3rd parties, or through targeted sales activities to the appropriate market segments. With an experience of more than 20 years in Sales and Marketing at hotel, regional and global sales level, Vincent advises property owners on the choice of brand and distribution channel for a maximum return on investment. Likewise, his role is to challenge the sales, pricing and marketing activities of the operators to increase market share and improve revenue.
Vincent started his career in France in various sales positions, before joining IHG in London within property sales. Having studied and gained an MBA from the Open University, he moved to Accor in 2000, where he held a regional sales role in London, accountable for two Novotels, one Mercure and the opening of the Sofitel St James. In 2003, he was appointed Sales and Marketing Director for the Novotel St Pancras.
In 2006 Vincent moved to the Accor Global Head Office in Paris to oversee the Meetings and Events business (34 sales offices worldwide). As Vice President - Sales Meetings and Events, Vincent contributed to launch the Pullman brand in 2007.
Recently at Vision, Vincent has been involved with creating and establishing a luxury independent brand across European capital cities. On a separate portfolio, Vincent has been in charge of improving the performance of a portfolio of properties across Central and Eastern Europe.
