Ben Godon joined Vision in 2006, building on his reputation within the hospitality sector for developing superior business performance from hotels and leisure facilities.

Having gained 25 years of experience within the sector, working for a range of hotel groups including InterContinental Hotel Group, Starwood, Forte Hotels, Le Meridien hotels and resorts and private upscale organisations at General Manager and Regional Director level, Ben has the knowledge and expertise to identify operational strengths and weaknesses, create the necessary changes in order to achieve optimum business performance.

Ben and his team also have extensive experience in implementing capital investment programmes, thus creating maximum return on investment.

With extensive experience in dealing with operational matters, Ben and his teams have helped their clients to drive improved performance by identifying opportunities and efficiencies in a complex and specialist sector.
