Finance Director

Steve joined Vision in 2007 as Finance Director in a role designed to support the financial analysis and operational asset management of many of Vision’s clients.

Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 in the London office of PKF. Following his qualification he ventured overseas and worked in practice in the Bahamas before moving into the hospitality sector in 1985.

He has travelled the globe holding senior finance positions at some of the worlds’ most iconic hotels, including the Dorchester in London, La Quinta in California, Grand Wailea in Hawaii and Sandy Lane in Barbados.

Most recently he was the Finance Director of Golden Tulip (UK), where for two years he was responsible for all financial aspects of this venture capital backed hotel start up company and was instrumental in its development prior to its eventual sale to Whitbread plc.

With strong analytical techniques and in depth industry knowledge, Steve and his team at Vision are able to develop strategies to identify and exploit opportunities for improving cash returns and enhancing investment value.
