Allan Davidson
Director of Asset Management
Allan joined Vision in September 2008, bringing a wealth of experience in managing a wide range of property types and sizes.
Allan started his career in hospitality in 1986. He has worked in a variety of roles for Ramada Jarvis and has managed some of the group’s most profitable hotels.
During his career at Ramada Jarvis Allan was instrumental in a number of the properties being awarded sales and revenue achievement awards including the Ramada Hemel Hempstead being awarded Revenue Team of the Year 2007 and he also managed and developed three major clients, with a combined value of £9.5m, across 12 properties. In his final position, as General Manager of the Ramada Watford, he achieved an above market share increase in RGI and a 22% increase in conference business in his first twelve months.
Throughout his time with Ramada Jarvis Allan was utilised to lead and support a number of high profile projects including – Design through to installation of the company PMS system, he was also instrumental in the design and functionality of new company website.
Allan drives improved performance and cash flows on behalf of our clients.
His micro-management skills have helped to build upon the success of a large portfolio and provide additional revenues to Vision’s clients.
