Guido Debast

Associate Director-Investment

Guido is Associate Director-Investment for Vision.

Guido has a strong international profile having worked in numerous global finance roles for large multinational companies.

Before joining Vision, Guido worked for Axel Hotels Group in Barcelona as Finance Director. His overall duties included accounting, treasury and strategic development.

Prior to Axel Hotels Group Guido was VP Global Corporate Finance/Asset Management for InterContinental Hotels Group based in Brussels and London.

Guido's main responsibilities included maximising Group asset value, optimise the use of capital, defining valuation methodology, reviewing investment proposals and developing processes and guidelines for new development projects.

Guido is analytical, innovative and results orientated with good commercial sense. He is also fluent in five languages.
